What The Moon shows

A full moon shines between two towers above a path. A dog and a wolf howl at it, and a crayfish crawls out of a pool. The light is dim and shifting. The card describes the space between reason and instinct, where fears and imagination play tricks.

The Moon upright meaning

Upright, The Moon asks you to be careful with what you think you see. Information may be incomplete, someone may be unclear, or your anxieties may be filling the gaps. Move slowly, trust your intuition but verify your assumptions, and avoid big decisions based on fear.

The Moon reversed meaning

Reversed, confusion begins to clear. A truth may come out, or you may finally face a fear you have been avoiding. It can also show misunderstandings being resolved. Pay attention to what becomes visible.

The Moon in love and relationships

Upright: Uncertainty, mixed signals or projection. You may not have the full picture of someone's feelings.

Reversed: Secrets surfacing or clarity after confusion.

The Moon in career and money

Upright: Unclear situations, hidden agendas or anxiety about the future. Gather facts before acting.

Reversed: Confusion resolving and the real situation becoming clear.

Is The Moon a yes or no card?

Maybe. Unclear. The situation is not what it seems yet.

Yes-or-no readings flatten a card into one word. If the question matters, a short spread that shows the context around The Moon will tell you more than the verdict alone.

A question to carry with you

Which part of this is fact, and which part is my fear filling in the blanks?
